I was “DISCed” in 1983 and the Counselor classic pattern fit like a glove. I signed on as a distributor through Performax in 1984 and DiSC® has been a major part of my life ever since – both professional and personal.

Relationships with my three children benefited through behavior style awareness. My son Mike was Result-Oriented as a teen and shows those same strengths now as my business partner and Inscape distributor in our consulting firm.

Mike and I share the core value of the importance of building healthy relationships. Trust-based relationships are the key to success in every area of life.
