I was “DISC'ed” in 1983 and the Counselor classic pattern fit like a glove.  I signed on as a distributor through Performax in 1984 and DiSC® has been a major part of my life ever since – both professional and personal.  

Relationships with my three children benefited through behavior style awareness.  My son Mike was Result-Oriented as a teen and shows those same strengths now as my business partner and Inscape distributor in our consulting firm.

Mike and I share the core value of the importance of building healthy relationships.   Trust-based relationships are the key to success in every area of life.  Inscape products are robust vehicles for understanding and appreciating others.  As distributors, we have experienced the deep satisfaction of supporting client’s success.   People want and need to improve relationships.  We’ve seen exciting growth in diverse populations.   Executive teams; roughneck crews; educators; students; families; middle-management; frontline workers – building healthy relationships makes life and work better!
