DISCUNLIMITED NEWS

They all HAD attitude!

Worker's Angry Tirade, Negative Workplace Atmosphere, Bad Attitude    BEFORE, they were part of a workplace environment where many were frustrated, unhappy.  Before, poor productivity was ever present, demoralizing.  Angry tirades were a way of getting things done.  Production numbers and workplace atmosphere had a very different look and feel.
Incidentally, they didn't hire on with a bad attitude.   The selection process was thorough, the new hires were well qualified.  The fit for position was right.  Administrator and employee alike had a positive outlook.  Somewhere in the mix, something happened to change all of that.  A very well respected trainer and author, * Keith Ayers, asks a profound question: "Did you hire dead wood, or did you kill 'em?"
Negative workplace behavior can creep in before we know it - and become an incredible tax on employee moral and company resources. How is such a trend reversed?  How did this company emerge from the drain of office politics, and a culture of discord, to get back to an efficient and productive work force?

Implementing DiSC Language on the job, Worker collaboration, Worker Productivity

They learned the language of DiSC.  The happy faces you see to the left - are the same people seen working here, from administration to the front line - all actively engaged, implementing the language of DiSCAfter they were able to put these DiSC concepts to work, they were able to move beyond personality conflicts, and organizational roadblocks.  These same people are now cooperative,  and collaborating.   Behavioral difference is accepted and understood, even viewed as a positive thing!  Productivity is on the upswing.
The individuals in this workforce discovered their DiSC behavioral style.  Workplace, cultural change came about through the training efforts of HR, leadership support, and individual growth.
DiSC language is a fairly simple concept, but not necessarily the easiest.  The discovery is the beginning.  The task of workplace, behavioral change is the goal.  First things first.  Are you ready?!
