Word Version - Participants are presented with four single word answers from which he/she chooses the one that is “Most Like Me” and one that is “Least Like Me”.
Phrase Version - Participants are presented with four phrase type answers from which he/she chooses one that is “Most Like Me” and one that is “Least Like Me”
For instance, the single word answer choices might read: "...aggressive, extroverted, amiable or fearful?" (The participant would choose the one that is most like and least like, them.) Whereas the Phrase version might read: "..act in a forceful way, or can get other people excited, or friendly, or keep to myself." The phrase version allows you to bring DiSC to a broader range of learners. Written at a sixth-grade reading level, DiSC Classic Phrase Version provides an alternative to the traditional "single word" response format.
